The perfect place to start your academic journey

Our INTO OSU Center, located within the International Living-Learning Center (ILLC), is the perfect place to start your studies in the United States. You'll find many resources essential to international students. There is a dedicated Learning Center, and nearby you'll find a convenience store carrying food from around the world. The INTO OSU Center also has ample space devoted to studying and socializing. You'll develop friendships with international and American students while enjoying access to all of the academic, social and cultural activities at Oregon State University.

INTO OSU is one of the oldest and most integrated Pathway programs in the US. At the center of OSU’s commitment to international education is the purpose-built five-story International Living-Learning Center. The center is a vibrant global hub of student life and educational activity which also houses the INTO OSU Center. Living in the ILLC places you steps away from all the resources you need to succeed in your first year and beyond. You’ll have the most convenient access to your classes, the library, dining halls and the recreation center, while living among American and international students in a diverse and welcoming community.

Located on the main floor of the ILLC, The Learning Center should be your first stop for academic help outside the classroom. You can use computers and check out helpful books. Writing and Pronunciation (WRAP) Assistants can help with English language work. Peer Tutors can help INTO OSU students with writing and subject-specific skills such as math.

With over 30 restaurants and about a dozen cafés on campus, it’s easy to get a meal or quick snack that fits your preferences and diet. Menus in our dining centers display dietary information such as food allergies, halal, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Meal plans are included in all On-Campus housing packages, and your dining plan is automatically loaded on your student ID so you can use it anywhere on campus to purchase food.
