Accommodation is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, so make sure to book early to avoid disappointment. Under 18s will be allocated a place at Will Wyatt Court and students aged 18+ who book with us will be allocated a place at either Magenta House or Will Wyatt Court.
IQ Will Wyatt Court
Located near the vibrant districts of Hoxton and Shoreditch, IQ Will Wyatt Court offers a safe living environment with 24-hour security, plus added support from INTO's Accommodation Wardens. Travel to the INTO Center in just 20 minutes by bus, or a 25-minute walk.
Will Wyatt Court is available to both students aged 18+ and under 18s, who will benefit from additional on-site support.

Due to the additional safeguarding measures required, all students under the age of 18 must stay at IQ Will Wyatt Court unless:
you are living with your parents or legal guardian in London
you are living with a named adult over the age of 21 and appoint an AEGIS approved guardian
you live in homestay, booked via INTO.

IQ Magenta House
Located just a 10-minute walk from the INTO Center and 4 minutes from Aldgate East station, Magenta House offers a modern student living environment close to shops, restaurants and transport links.
At the residence, you'll find a gym, a spacious lounge and 24-hour security – and Magenta House's on-site team arrange regular social events to help you make friends and connect with the other students living there.
Only students aged 18+ will be allocated a place at Magenta House.

Homestay
Homestay is available as an alternative option, where you’ll live in your own room at a carefully selected host’s home in London. If you want to experience experience British culture and practise your English in a friendly, informal setting, Homestay could be for you.
